Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to spearhead our next growth phase. This role will naturally progress into Marketing Manager as the company grows in 2024. This role involves crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans, owning our brand across channels, creating engaging advertisements, and developing promotional material and company literature. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, showcasing a creative flair to contribute to the success of our rapidly expanding company.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and data analysis tools
  • Create and drive SEO strategies, increasing visibility and traffic, working together with different teams to achieve goals.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, focusing on optimisation and lead generation strategies.
  • Creation of a company podcast
  • Organising exhibits and exhibitions for the company to attend
  • Assist in the design and creation of companywide documents such as presentations and brochures.
  • Working alongside an outsourced agency to ensure all areas of marketing are covered.
  • Assisting the SMT in recruiting for future marketing roles
  • Work alongside the Head of BD to ensure all company strategies align across sales & marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
