During the call, we will gather detailed information about the job role(s), required qualifications, skills, experience, and any other specific criteria you have. It’s important for us to learn about your company culture, values, and work environment to ensure a good fit for potential candidates. At this stage, we will also clarify the urgency and expected timeline with you for filling the position(s).

After our introduction call, we work to create clear and detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and requirements, and define the recruitment strategy, including sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.), outreach methods, and any unique tactics tailored your needs. At this stage, we will also finalise the terms of service, including fees, payment structure, and any guarantees or replacements.

We use our database, industry contacts and various channels alongside our professional network to source potential candidates that could be a great fit for your business.

When it comes to shortlisting candidates, we conduct an initial phone or video interview screening to assess candidate suitability based on the job requirements. We perform background checks, verify qualifications, and check references to ensure candidate credibility.

Once we have found a selection that we believe meet your requirements, we compile a shortlist of the most qualified candidates to present – we will only ever put forward candidates that we feel meet your needs.

When we reach the interview stage with the client and candidates, we co-ordinate interview schedules and provide candidates with detailed information about your company and role to ensure they are well-prepared for interviews. We also collect feedback from both you and the candidates after each interview round.

We will assist you in extending job offers to the selected candidate(s) and help negotiate terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and start date, to ensure mutual satisfaction.

During the onboarding process, we provide support to both you and the candidate to ensure a smooth transition. We always follow up with both parties after the candidate starts to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.

At this stage, we reach out for feedback from both you and the new hire to improve the recruitment process. We like to stay in touch with you to understand future hiring needs and build a long-term partnership.
