SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated Tech Recruiter who has proven experience in winning new business and sourcing top talent for our IT consultancy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the IT industry, and a proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment cycle. As a start-up ramping up quite quickly, we would appreciate someone who can bring in new perspectives and ideas, someone who is a team player but can also work on their own initiative with minimal supervision.
SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and maintaining relationships with Clients through sales calls.
- You’ll be expected to headhunt, generate leads and build key relationships with candidates and clients.
- Should have previous experience in 360-degree recruitment and Business Development (BD).
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, including direct sales and outbound contact centre expertise.
- Network and navigate within existing accounts to open up new business opportunities for your market and the wider team and group.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT consultancy needs and requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent availability.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Facilitate job offers and negotiate terms and conditions with both clients and candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future recruitment needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to anticipate talent demands and market changes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
